As an Operations Transformation Manager, I am in charge of strategic transformation. I’m always looking to improve our productivity through process improvement and/or new technologies.

Problem

  • We want to take advantage of new technologies to create team efficiencies but lack the data and infrastructure to deploy them at scale in a secure and controlled way.

  • Qwyn is our communications gateway, allowing us to more easily connect incoming inquiries to our existing workflows and systems, and automate processes end-to-end. 

  • Integrations with Qwyn allow us to test AI automations before deployment, using our own structured data sets to train the models. Qwyn’s audit and routing functions allow us to have oversight and control the level of human interaction needed in our AI automations to get the benefits with less risk.
